Driver - JD
We are seeking a professional Delivery Driver to join Colorado’s premier dry-cleaning company. The Delivery Driver is the first person our customers (internal and external) interact with during established deliveries. You will be responsible for transporting clothing between locations and high-volume customers. As a face of the company, you are expected to make a memorable impression by displaying a positive and dynamic attitude while continuously seeking to improve the customer experience and retention.
Duties & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the mission of Dependable Cleaners
• Transport clothing between locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner
• Provide quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with customers and store employees
• Drive customer retention by building relationships and creating customer loyalty
• Inspect delivery vehicle for defects and sage operation condition before, during and after each delivery
What we are looking for:
• 5+ years of previous experience or delivery personnel
• Must have and maintain a valid Colorado Driver License
• Ability to work 40hr shift Mon-Thurs
• Ability to deliver legendary Customer Service that meets and exceeds customer’s expectations
• Natural Interpersonal Savvy to build effective relationships with all people inside and outside the store
