Maintenance Tech JD
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join Colorado’s premier dry-cleaning company. The Maintenance Technician is a vital role keeping each laundry store and plant location operating smoothly and according to safety standards, while ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all maintenance requests and repairs. General knowledge electrical, HVAC, boilers and plumbing repair will be the keys to your success.
Duties & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the mission of Dependable Cleaners
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the facilities to identifying repair/service needs
• Overseeing of outside service providers maintenance to ensure general servicing standards are met
• Procuring repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment
• Performing routine preventative maintenance, including upkeep of associated history logs
• Maintains and repairs a variety of complex machines
• May assist in installation of new equipment
• Performing monthly safety checks as required, modeling all company safety guidelines
What we are looking for:
• General experience in repair/maintenance of equipment and physical building
• General knowledge of boilers, steam piping, pneumatic presses, dry cleaning machines, HVAC is preferred
• 2 years' experience in operations/maintenance required
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem solving, and communication skills
• Able to work a variety of shifts including being on call every other weekend
• Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Must provide their own hand tools
