Stains Around the Shirt Label
Q: Why did the label on my shirt stain the fabric around the label?
A: If the dye used in the label cannot withstand the heat of a commercial press, the actual label can stain other areas of the shirt. Most commercial soaps require 140 degree water temperature to activate. The label manufacturer must use dyes in their labels that are durable to standard temperatures. If this discoloration happens, it can possibly be reversed by our spotters.
